Are you looking for an instructive, challenging and growing internship? Would you like to use smart analyses, tools and techniques to convert data into concrete results to improve satisfaction and engagement? Then the role of collaborative intern might be for you!

What do we do?

Presearch is a young and small research institute based in Amsterdam. We aim to provide thorough and relevant employee research. Our mission is to enable organisations to "make fact-based decisions".

These facts are made accessible thanks to our technology combined with an eye for personalisation. We do this by conducting high-quality employee research without concessions.

What will you do?

As a young research agency, we collect data to then help organisations make better decisions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. You do this by, for example, using Excel, project management and translating the results into accessible analyses. As a satisfaction researcher, you ensure that the results are translated into understandable and accessible analyses. You are therefore the foundation for organisations to achieve progress.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year HBO/WO student in Economics, Human Resources or other relevant study;
  • You are open to the latest developments and research techniques;
  • You are looking for an internship with an informal and open working environment;
  • You enjoy making data understandable to others with accessible analytics;
  • You are familiar with analysis tools like SPSS, R, Stata, etc. or would like to gain more knowledge in this area.

What do we offer?

  • Market-based internship remuneration;
  • Flexibility (place/time independent) in performing the work;
  • Opportunity to work for clients such as Center Parcs, Postcode Lottery, Nutrition Centre and Talpa Radio;
  • Growing and entrepreneurial environment with great development potential.
