Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to filter at multiple locations?
It is possible to specify results at site level (e.g. organisation-specific regions, disciplines or other units). Take contact with us for more information.
How can an organisation participate?
Signing up for the outflow survey can be done through the employers' organisation (also known as region). The agreement will then be sent via Docusign. After signing, access to the questionnaire and dashboard environment will be granted as soon as possible.
When will the results be available in the dashboard?
There is a minimum of 10 respondents for the dashboard. This means that the results will be visible from the 10th response. When selecting filters, the same minimum also applies (for the selected filters).
What are the advantages of using user licences?
- Automated sending of reports (by e-mail);
- Ability to change password;
- Ability to set up notifications;
- Saving filter preferences used;
- Granting specific rights.
I forgot my dashboard environment password.
Via data.presearch.co.uk it is possible to select "password" forgotten. You will then be emailed the option to change the password.
Is it possible to transfer a user licence?
Yes, the licences are "transferable". There is no charge for this.
Is it possible to rearrange the dashboard?
Yes, we can meet specific requirements regarding filtering, calculation and display capabilities. For more information on this, please contact contact with us.
Should only care workers be included or also other job groups? And what about apprentices?
This outflow survey will include all departing employees (healthcare
and support staff). In addition, we recommend that all staff with
employment contract (so also apprentices with a work-study contract / 'BBL'ers' / dual students) to be included in the outflow study.
When will additional fees be charged?
The aim of the study is that any organisation can participate with the basic package. Different rates apply to the purchase of customised services such as user licences, locations and translations. These rates can be consulted in the price list.
Is it possible to have a different minimum number of respondents?
In the national setup, the choice was made to limit traceability (minimum 10 respondents) and thus achieve a high response rate. At the same time, it is possible to request specific permission for traceability (for the sake of working climate) to deviate from this minimum. This can be particularly interesting for smaller organisations and/or locations. Take contact with us for more information.
What should I do if the dashboard keeps loading?
If the dashboard does not load, it is probably due to the browser you are using. We support Firefox or Chrome as browsers. If the dashboard still does not load, we recommend deleting the cookies and cache data. Internet Explorer (or Microsoft Edge) are not supported. We further recommend no VPN connection to be used.
