What will you do?
As a Junior Research Consultant, you will work on challenging projects for clients such as Center Parcs, the Postcode Lottery and the Nutrition Centre. You will supervise the entire research process: from drawing up questionnaires to presenting results in easy-to-understand dashboards. No day is the same: you will discuss research results with clients, optimise our platforms and think about new ways to help employers grow.
Who are we looking for?
- You have recently graduated from a WO or HBO degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or other relevant study;
- You are statistically literate, data-driven or at least interested in doing research. You enjoy making statistical sense of employee research;
- You enjoy having customer contact and doing different jobs;
- You enjoy working in a small, informal team with a hands-on mentality;
- You would like to make results understandable to customers with accessible dashboards and analytics;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch (required) (proficiency in the Dutch language is required).
