Annually, we do more and more employee survey, meanwhile, this has allowed us to work at more than 400 employers employee survey may do. As a result, via our interactive dashboard, we report not only on internal figures but also increasingly on the basis of (specific) benchmark data. This offers interesting insights when it comes to improvement potential and overall eNPS goes.

Only, how attractive is your organisation compared to other employers? By classifying your organisation according to its level of ambassadorship, we make this transparent. This classification within the Growth Index is made on the basis of the final eNPS, and associated underlying aspects such as work environment, communication, development opportunities, workload and recognition.
Below, we have defined these categories:

Best Employer: Top 10% (gold)
These are employers with (particularly) high satisfaction levels within aspects that contribute to creating ambassadors. They also make every effort to actively listen to employees, act where necessary and thus manage to keep the number of critics (employees who advise against the organisation as an employer) low.

Great Employer: Top 20% (silver)
Virtually all aspects important to employees are rated positively at these employers. The step to Best Employer can be small when these employers know how to "connect the last dot on the i".

Good Employer: Top 50% (bronze)
Employers rated as Good Employer often have multiple qualities that contribute to a positive score. At the same time, we often see that these employers simultaneously have at least one component where relatively high improvement potential is perceived.

Growing Employer: Top 100% (blue)
In general, these employers have relatively high improvement potential within the drivers that are crucial for employees to recommend the organisation. At the same time, these are also employers with relatively high growth potential.
Ultimate classification takes place over the entire calendar year. A publication featuring the best employers will be shared annually in the new year, with the best employers being invited to a national meeting.
